• Third-Party Providers: Actual telecommunications contracts, internet service delivery, and payment gateway SLAs are executed directly through third-party carriers or vendors. Upheld Tech is not directly liable for third-party network outages or performance failures.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any element of our website or consultative offerings at any time without prior notice.

3. User Representations & Responsibilities

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the corporate entity you represent.
• All registration and inquiry details you submit (such as email addresses, company particulars, and connectivity requirements) are truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
